Apply Now for International Parent Leadership Program
The International Parent Leadership Program (IPLP) gives international parents, especially those who are first-generation immigrants, the information and training they need to actively participate in school, assume a leadership role and help others advocate for the development and achievement of all children in our school system.

This fall, a six-week IPLP training series will be held in selected schools on Mondays, Nov. 1 through Dec. 20, from 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Participants must attend all six sessions to receive a certificate of completion.

Interested parents should complete and submit an application, available at www.hcpss.org/parents/iplp_application2010.pdf, before October 20.

More information is available at www.hcpss.org/parents/iplp_dates2010.pdf, or contact Dr. Florence Hu at 410-313-1294 or florence_hu@hcpss.org.
