Opportunities for Howard County High School Students

PSAT, SAT, ACT Information Night-  Reservoir High Atrium at 7pm on September 27.  Dr. Martha Gagnon will present information related to all college admission tests.  Dr. Gagnon will provide information on HOW to prepare, WHAT to expect, HOW the tests differ, and HOW colleges use the scores for admission.

Centennial High School Student Services will be hosting a county wide FAFSA night on Wednesday, September 27th at 7:00pm in the CHS auditorium. This evening will help Senior parents navigate the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms that should be completed by every college bound student regardless of economic need, to help ensure eligibility for any kind of scholarship. This presentation will also be available in Spanish.
Howard County NSBE (National Generation Leadership Academy) Jr. Chapter Meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 12th at 7pm at the Charles E Miller Branch.  The purpose of the chapter is to encourage students in grade 6-12 to develop an interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
