ILIA Launches Family Leadership, May 22nd 2010 Inshaa Allah

In shaa Allah ILIA launches a new program for adults this spring, family leadership. A five hour program for adults ages 16 and above covering the concepts of Qawamah, teamwork, gratitude, appreciation, personality, responsibility, communications and growth within the Muslim family. A sound society is based on a strong family structure under a leadership that has been practiced and defined by the Prophet (PBUH).

Program includes case studies and activities and concludes with an exam, all participants who score above 80% are eligible to receive an ILIA Educational Credit (IEC) towards a certificate in Islamic leadership.


When: Sat May, 22nd, 3pm - 8pm

: Dar Al-Taqwa, 10740 Route 108, MD 21042

Instructor: Imam Mahmoud Abdelhady

Who: Married and unmarried adults, older youth (high school and above)

Child care available.

Program includes
instruction, team activities, light snacks, workshop handouts and exam.
