Abstract:
In this discussion the speaker will share the value that systems engineering brings to a project, and how it could eliminate rework, improve quality and achieve sustainable products with large residual value. The seminar will allow for a mock hands on product development effort where the participants will break down into a number of development teams working on the delivery of a new product.
Speaker:
Ayman Nassar has been an IEEE member since 1989 as a student. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University and a Masters degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He has held several technical and managerial new product design roles at Acer, Fujitsu, Northrop Grumman, RPM Consulting, Ericsson and IBM. He offers independent technology management consulting in areas of systems engineering, project management and business planning, and works for Enterprise Community Partners.
