BSU has invited the film's writer and director, Dr. Hakim Rashid (author and professor in the Department of Human Development and Psychoeducational
Studies at Howard University), to showcase his intriguing and timely
documentary on the disparities between the social, cultural and
educational experiences of young African-American boys (Pre-Kindergarten through 3rd grade).
The premiere will be followed by a community discussion with Dr. Rashid and other special guests.
Light refreshments will be provided following the event!

This event is open to the campus community and public. It is also free, but space is limited and RSVP is strongly encouraged.
