- Awarded to either high school students entering post-secondary education in 2015 or current college or graduate school students
QualificationsRequired Documentation
- Currently in high school or college students planning to or are currently majoring in health & human services, international relations, psychology, social work, criminal justice, health promotion & disease prevention, engineering & science, or business
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Demonstrated academic and leadership ability and/or community involvement
- Asian, Pacific Islander descent or refugee status
Submit two (2) complete copies of the following documents. Secure each application package with one staple in the upper left-hand corner. Email ss@islamicleadership.org for a copy
- UPAC application form (Page 3 and 4 of this packet)
- Autobiographical Statement (see page 5)
- Two signed and sealed letters of recommendation (Photocopies will not be accepted)
- Most recent official transcript and/or report card
